Valle is a blend of Malvasia Istarska and Sauvignon Blanc with the former giving body and texture and later giving vibrancy, freshness, and aromatic complexity. Valle 2021 shows medium deep golden colour. On the nose it is quite pronounced, youthful, and aromatic. Sauvignon Blanc looks to dominate the blend giving plenty of tropical fruits, grapefruit, mango, oranges, passion fruit, lemons and freshness. Very dry on the palate, while acidity levels are on the medium side. 2021 is bringing lovely, powerful version of Valle, with plenty of aroma and mouthfeel. Very Mediterranean and fresh at the same time.
