Winemaker`s notes:

Muscat stylistically, aromatically and texturally significantly differing from the typical concept of Muscats. This is a Muscat with character. Strong and full, exceptionally sweet and intense. Primary Muscat aromas are almost entirely absent. Golden colour clearly suggests this is an aged and macerated wine not going for the primary aromas. The smell is dominated by the raisin aromas, spicy vanilla tones, a tinge of cloves, fig marmalade and a dry herbal flowery note. The taste is interlaced with exceptional sweetness, but without the slightest hint of softness, on the contrary, of a strong spicy character supported with the warmness of strong alcohol and the solidness of the present tannins. In the aftertaste, apart from everything already mentioned, there also appear soft smoky tones. Already a premium wine with a potential to become more harmonious and rounded-off with time, for tertiary aromas to appear, making it more exclusive.

Combining with food:

Creme brulee, rožata cake, poached peach in Muscat, puff pastry and mascarpone ice-cream with a hint of rosemary. Škripavac cheese from Lika and different medium hard smoked cheeses.

Aging potential:
