Winemaker`s notes:

Light reddish colour with reflections of pink. Scent is intensive and attractive, predominantly fruity character but also some flowers on the nose. On a fruity side we can distinct dried cranberries, wild strawberries and raspberries. Floral scent is on violets. Once poured, wine keeps the intensity and develops layers of aromas in the glass. Flavour is as intensive alike the nose. Pleasurably sweet and perfectly balanced with firm freshness. As a result, wine is fruity and fresh, with impressive aromatic profile and solid structure. Long-lasting on the palate with a clean-cut aftertaste, no bitterness, only abundant fruit, Violetta is calling for another sip.

Combining with food:

Fresh strawberries or cooled fruit salads. Pork from wok with grilled vegetables. Also, Asian cuisine (not to spicy), ideally with sweet and sour sauces.

Aging potential:

best from 2014 to end of 2016
