Winemaker`s notes:

In its colour Valle is transparently lemon-yellow with greenish reflections. Pleasurable, intensive and rich scent is associated with herbal freshness and fresh fruit. Stays on the palate long, also more intensive on the nose then the vintage 2012. Vibrant aromas of the fresh cut meadow and dried grass are combined with floral notes of summer apples, peaches, also an undertone of tropical fruit and nuances of citrus and green peppers. Attractive freshness and intensity of scent is fully followed by the flavour which balances freshness and fullness in the taste. Valle keeps the right ratio of fresh and playful vibrancy with modest alcohols. Given a great deal of Malvasia in the blend, wine has a solid, full body and long-lasting, intensive flavour. Sauvignon adds to the impression of citrus-herbal aftertaste.

Combining with food:

Ideal to serve as an aperitif wine, it is a prelude to lunch. However, an even better function will have as refreshment during the hot summer days. Because of the intensity and herbal smell great will follow light risotto, asparagus in every way, fish carpaccio, oysters, lightly cooked white fish and sauces type Dutchman.

Aging potential:

best from 2014 to 2016.
