Winemaker`s notes:

The wine is crystal clear with reflexes of yellowish. Intensive and expressive scent breathing with freshness, herbal aromas and attractive fruitiness. Lemon grass is predominant on the nose and followed by scents of cut grass, lime and other citrus fruits. Final notes are of fresh apples and vinyard peaches in traces. On the palate, we meet similar freshness: pleasurable acidity provides the wine irresistibly aperitive character. Followed by luscious flavours reminiscent of citrus and summer apples. Middle- body and slinky, pleasurably light, ultimately refreshing and steadfast at the end. In the finish characteristic citrus-herbal aftertaste with impressive length preserves a perky freshness for a long while on lips and the palate.

Combining with food:

Great wine for refreshment in spring or summer, served by glass. Also a good choice as aperitif, leading into the meal. Due to its herbal character and vividness, it will pair light risotto, various aparagus dishes, fish carpacccio, fresh oysters and other shells, genly cooked white fish and holandez-type sauces

Aging potential:

best from 2015 to 2017.
