Winemaker`s notes:

In it`s coluor Valle is yellow with greenish undertones. The intensive scent exudes fresh herbal aromas which associates with freshly cut meadow, enriched with abundant elements of lemongrass and citrus fruits. After the wine is opened the grassyness is replaced with malic aromas and mild floral tones which are highly atractive and expressive. The flavour therefore exudes a seductive freshness, meanwhile the domination of so called sauvignon aromas is playing sensually with the sense of smell. This is where the variety of malvazija is shown in its full dominance. It combines elegant freshness with playfull vibrancy but at the same time speaks of it`s variety through robustness and fullness which only malvazija posseses. The conclusion is marked with exquisite and mild bitterness which indicates that this wine is idealy served as an aperitif or as a refreshing beverage on a warm spring or summer day.

Combining with food:

It is great as an introduction to a meal - as aperitif wine. Because of it`s lively acidity and intense aromas it is best served with fish carpaccio, steamed fish or young asparagus.

Aging potential:

best from 2013 to 2015.
