Winemaker`s notes:

Clear yellowish colour with numerous greenish undertones. Intense and attractive smell dominated by fresh grassy aromas intertwining with the fruity tones of citruses and apples, with a soft flowery tinge. The taste is light and exceptionally refreshing. Well-balanced acids harmoniously blending with moderate alcohol content and medium body give it freshness and lightness, with minerality and intensity of mid-flavour and saltiness of the finish lending it a lingering aftertaste and structure clearly bespeaking a serious wine. The finish or aftertaste is characterized by citrusy fruitiness intertwined with soft and pleasant bitterness.

Combining with food:

An excellent aperitif wine, an introduction to a meal. Due to its lively acids and intense smell it is best paired with fish Carpaccio, lightly cooked white fish and young asparagus.

Aging potential:

Best between 2012 and 2014
