Winemaker's notes:

The colour is pale lemon with some golden tinges. On the nose nicely pronounced, not too intense, just right, showing pure and youthful aromas of Momjan Muscat grape, peach and pineapple. Slightly spicy, though. Medium sweet on the palate, with nicely balanced freshness coming from lovely acidity which for Momjan Muscat grape as variety is famed. Lighter in body with quite intense flavour on the palate. Long muscat-full and spicy finish. Very pure and precisely defined Momjan Muscat with the varietal character and pleasurable depth.

Combining with food:

Perfect on its own, well cooled, on a hot summer day, or after the meal, as dessert. Match with fruit salads made of peaches and other juicy yellow fruits, fine ice cream or semifreddo.

Ageing potential:

Best to drink now, though it will stay in great shape 2-3 more years. Drink from 2020-2022.
