Winemaker's notes:

The colour is lively pale lemon. Youthful on the nose, quite pronounced, yet not jumping from the glass, but rather proudly showing its pure varietal Muscat notes. Peaches, grapefruit and orange peels are some of the scents forming a fine camaraderie with a predominant Muscat. Bone-dry on the palate with acidities being on the higher side. Quite light on the body but far from being light when talking about fruit intensity. On contrary! Nice and notable persistence on the palate with good, medium long and clear-cut finish. Being on the lighter side, this is the bottle that goes with ease, no matter the occasion.

Combining with food:

One might ask himself what to do with a dry Muscat, but the experience shows, not unexpectedly, this is a lovely aperitif. Being dry and not to intense you can serve it with fish, salads or as a summer “terrace” wine by glass. Try as well with not too spicy Asian food.

Aging potential:

Best to enjoy now, while youthful, but will remain lovely for 2-3 years more.
