Winemaker`s notes:

Light red colour with nuances of pink. Intensive scent with a predominantly fruit character and abundant floral aromas. From floral aromas, roses and violets are prevailing, while on a fruity side we have cherries, dried cranberries and wild strawberries. On the finish, tones of Muscat grapes join the aromatic profile. Scent is durable, stabile and rich, also seductive and elegant thus wine is discreet, fresh and pleasurable. On the palate wine is fruity and quite sweet but well balanced with freshness and exciting acids. Texture of the taste, next to sweetness, keeps a solid tannic structure which provides a good aging potential. The most pleasurable part comes at the end, in a long and vibrant aftertaste.

Combining with food:

Chinese cuisine with sweet-sour sauces. Lighter Tai cuisine based on chicken and pork in richer and sweet sauces. Fresh fruit – strawberries and fruit salads.

Ageing potential:

2014 - 2017
