Winemaker's notes:

Bright, transparently green-yellow colour. Intensive and steady aroma with many layers disclosing gradually as wine is poured into the glass. Profound scent of fresh, only picked vineyard peaches followed by refined herbal notes. Few moments afterwards, more ripe aromas of nectarine and luscious peach, mellon and red apples. In the traces scents of citrus and graceful minerality reminiscent of the sea and wet slate scents. On the palate we meet similar freshness and vividness of a lightly perky fruits, combined with lenght and fullness in the mouth. Flavour containes less herbal notes and more ripe savour of the peaches and lots of red apples. At the beginning, expressive mellowness and freshness, in the middle ripe notes of fruits, creamy nuances and favourable yeast traces. In the finish typical aftertaste of a hale Malvasia Istriana with nuances of nutiness and plentiful delightness.

Combining with food:

Risotto with scampi or shrimps, mashroom risotto, delicate white fish but alo more complex textures like salmon. Good comapanion to scallops, pasta dishes with meat or seafood, chicken in creamy sauces, grilled vegetables, istrian fuži wtih lighter sauces and with poultry in general.

Aging potential:

Best from 2015 to 2018.
