Winemaker`s notes:

Intense and wonderful smell dominated by the refreshing fruity aromas of pineapple and fresh apple, followed by hints of clear citruses, freshly mowed grass and fresh Muscat grapes. The aromas are lasting and layered. After a couple of minutes in the glass the primarily fruity aromas gradually become mostly herbal, with flowery tones emerging towards the finish. The flavour is of a pronouncedly refreshing character, especially in the beginning when flirty freshness and intensive taste of summer apples hit the palate. In the middle, the wine is clearly revealed to have structure and stability, because the intensity of flavour keeps getting stronger, with refreshing fruitiness blending with soft warmth and a fine portion of bitterness towards the end, lending it the character of an ideal aperitif wine. Dry, aromatic and refreshing, yet having character and impressive aftertaste.

Combining with food:

Ideal aperitif, but will go extremely well with raw oysters, stewed Noah's ark and Warty venus shellfish, cooked white fish in olive oil, fried chicken with crunchy skin, chicken in light sauces and turkey fillets, salads and pastas based on chicken, vegetables and lighter sauces.

Aging potential:

Best between 2012 and 2015
