5. How long does a guided wine tasting last?
The duration of our tastings ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on your selection. If you’re just passing through the area, we can offer a more flexible tasting experience where you can sample individual wines in our shop and stay as long as your schedule permits. We still recommend reserving a table for this option.
6. Can we stay at the winery after our tasting ends?
We carefully schedule our tastings to ensure each guest gets our full attention. During the tourist season, we often reach full capacity. If you’d like to spend extra time enjoying our wines after the tasting, please let us know when booking so we can ensure your table is reserved for a longer period.
7. Can I just try the wines I'm interested in at the shop, or do I need to book a guided tasting?
If you’re just passing through, we offer a flexible tasting experience where you can sample the wines of your choice at your own pace in our shop. However, we still recommend reserving a table. 8. What’s included in the winery tour and cellar visit?
The visit begins with a walk around the estate, a presentation of our winery’s innovative architecture, and an introduction to our wine production process. It concludes with a visit to our cellar and an area where large wooden barrels age our wine. The tasting follows the tour
9. How long does the cellar tour take?
The cellar tour lasts 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of questions from our visitors.
10. What wines are included in the tasting, and how many will I try?

Occasionally, you may also have the opportunity to participate in special educational tastings that are available seasonally.
11. Is food available at the winery?

12. Do you have vegetarian or vegan food options?
We offer vegetarian options, but we do not have vegan ones.
13. Are children allowed at the winery?
All family members are welcome in our winery, a home for people and wine.
14. Are dogs allowed at the winery?
Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome in the outdoor areas, such as the terrace and courtyard. However, due to strict HACCP standards, we cannot allow dogs inside the winery or the cellar.

16. When is the best time of year to visit your winery?
Each season brings something unique to our winery. In spring, experience the awakening of nature with young wines. In summer, enjoy breathtaking sunsets from our terrace. In autumn, take in the vibrant colors of the vineyards and the dynamic harvest atmosphere. In winter, relax and embrace the festive spirit.
17. Is the winery accessible for people with disabilities?
Everyone is always welcome in our home for people and wine. The winery is equipped with an elevator, making all floors accessible for people with disabilities.
18. Do you offer wine workshops or education as part of the tastings?
We often enhance our tastings with educational elements to give you deeper insights into the wine-making process and the enjoyment of wine. If you have a special idea for a themed tasting, feel free to share it with us at visit@kozlovic.hr.
19. Can I take photos during my visit to the winery and post them?

At our winery, you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, or in cash.

22. What does it mean when only the wine shop is open?
When only the wine shop is open, we do not offer tastings, but you are welcome to stop by and purchase a bottle of wine to enjoy at home.
23. Is there a limit on how much wine I can buy at the winery?
There is no limit on how much wine you can buy at the winery. If you need a larger quantity, feel free to reach out to us at prodaja@kozlovic.hr.
24. Can I buy your wines online, directly from you?

25. What is the cost of wine delivery?

29. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We appreciate your consideration of purchasing wine from our Gift program. Wine is usually delivered within 7 business days from the order confirmation.
30. Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is one bottle. 😊
31. What if my order is damaged?
Our wines are carefully packed in sturdy packaging to prevent damage. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please file a claim with the courier. If you discover the damage later, feel free to contact us at prodaja@kozlovic.hr, and we’ll work together to find the best solution.
32. I want to order a gift for someone. How does the package look, and can you include a personalized message?
