Violetta 2024 shows a lovely pale pink color, in line with the latest trends in the rosé category. On the nose, there's an abundance of ripe yet fresh red fruits – 2024 was a warm vintage. Aromas of ripe red cherry and strawberries are joined by a touch of stewed red fruit and a hint of spice. It feels both warm and fresh at the same time.
It is dry on the palate, with moderate acidity and a medium to full body. A slightly oily texture gives it a rounded, almost oval impression. Focused, youthful, delicious, and well-balanced – a true pleasure to drink, whether on its own or paired with a variety of dishes.
It serves beautifully as an aperitif, or as a summer wine to sip on the beach or by the pool. Violetta 2024 also makes an excellent and versatile food companion. Think seafood, fish carpaccio with olive oil and for the bold, even a few capers. A perfect match!
Best enjoyed young, ideally between 2025 and mid-2027.
