It displays a deeper golden, shimmering colour. On the nose, it is intense and rich – development and time are undeniable here. Buckwheat, honey, gingerbread, and yes, acacia, are all in abundance. Dried apricots, toast, and caramel notes play a supporting role, while a touch of orange peel adds freshness. Santa Lucia Akacia is a distinctive and truly individual wine.
On the palate, it is dry and full-bodied, with a lovely creamy texture. Moderate acidity keeps it in good shape. The aromas on the palate are varied and intense, evolving slightly over time. It offers a warm and opulent sensation.
It has a lingering finish, with plenty of honey and tertiary notes dominating, reminding us not to wait too long to enjoy it at its best.

Fish with creamy sauces, grilled Saint-Jacques, mushroom risotto, pasta with rich sauces, and many other warm dishes.

It is perfectly ready upon release and will be best enjoyed between 2025 and 2030.
