As a Wine Cellar Operator, you will:
• participate in primary grape processing
• monitor and carry out the fermentation process according to the winemaker’s instructions
• rack wines
• prepare wines for bottling (clarification, filtration)
• perform bottling operations (line preparation, operating the bottling line,  and monitoring the filling process)
• operate pumps, presses, filters, and other cellar equipment
• maintain hygiene of the cellar, tanks, and equipment
• keep records of completed tasks
