The colour of Svinjon 2019 is medium gold. On the nose, it has medium intensity and shows maturity and development. Aromas of tomato leaves, gooseberry, a touch of vanilla from oak aging, and some smoky notes are present. There’s also a hint of caramel. It displays a clear character of a maturing Sauvignon Blanc.
It is dry on the palate, with balanced acidity, medium to full bodied with tamed, slightly restrained character on the palate. It shows plenty of volume. This is a pleasantly drinkable, fully matured, slightly warm wine.
