Valle 2025 shows a pale lemon-gold color. It is very youthful and fresh on the nose, showing quite intense grapefruit and tropical fruits, especially pineapples, passion fruit, and lemons. Very dry, with plenty of freshness on the palate, good aromatic intensity, and a pleasant, long finish. A wine that does not seek attention but is a reliable, versatile companion for lighter dishes—ideal by the glass.
Its freshness, straightforward style, and persistence make it a classic aperitif wine. It pairs well with salads, vegetables, risotto, pasta, and a wide range of seafood. A very food-friendly option for restaurants or wine bars.
It is best now (December 2025), and it will drink nicely for the next year or two. Drink 2025-2027.
